A fun day shopping in Carmel. I got 2 pair of golf socks. Wil got 2 sweaters, 2 shirts, a pair of slacks...beautiful clothes. He NEVER does anything like that so I'm excited! Plus, all his new clothes means a dinner or two out for me. This is a good time to hit the sales in the shops here.Lunch at Tuckbox (club sandwich for Wil & grilled chicken salad for me). Then my wonderful massage w/Jessica. The kimono hangs on her wall in her room. Beautiful, peaceful, serene.
Mass at the Mission (the Abraham reading from Genesis about sparing a city if only one good man could be found in it). Point of the sermon: PERSEVERANCE in prayer & life & really talking to God. Dinner at Joe Rombi's (Wil: salad, pasta & sausage; Linda: salad, appetizer crab cake. We each had a glass of pinot noir & shared a creme brulee). Nice evening!
