Our dear mother, Audrey Farrell, joined our dad, Charlie Farrell, at about 10:00 a.m. June 21, 2007. She died as she had hoped to...just fell asleep in the apartment she loved so much without pain or a broken hip to heal from. As my friend Lynn Kelly said, "She lived a mostly healthy and a mostly happy life." What more can any of us ask for. At a later date (perhaps the anniversary of her death), I hope to make a tribute to her in my blog. Right now, I simply love her and miss her. Mother, dear, may your soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace. Thank you for giving me life. The chapel at Parkway was filled with her friends...a beautiful service.

Well said, Linda. As time passes, you will treasure the memories more and treasure the time you had with your Mom even more. What a blessing that she did enjoy 'mostly' good health during her time here on earth.
